Credit Office

The Credit Office holds all student records for current students and student Index # for former students. 

To order transcripts: You must have graduated or last attended after 2006. Records for graduates from 2006-2013 have a 6-8 week processing period, they are being processed at our Central Office. All requests are to be done in-person and payment must be in cash, no exceptions.

 

If you attended Hamilton prior to 2006 your records have been sent to Student Records and Data Management.

The Student Records and Data Management Branch, Student Records Center, primarily maintains records for former students who are over the age of 25. Start your request by visiting them their website by clicking here.
